De bijzondere koekjes uit onze horeca komen van de Koekfabriek. Deze koeken zijn ambachtelijk en vers gemaakt door mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, bijvoorbeeld omdat zij een beperking hebben. De Koekfabriek biedt deze mensen een fijne werkplek en daarmee een plaats in de maatschappij.
