The rooms at Jaarbeurs MeetUp are designed to stimulate inspiration and creativity. Each room is equipped with modern facilities and a plug & play system, so you can fully concentrate on the content of your session. Room type D, located in the Beatrix Building, offers an inspiring setting for groups of up to 100 people. With three different rooms in this type, Room Type D offers space for a variety of sessions, from intensive brainstorming sessions to larger workshops or presentations.
Each meeting room features a fixed 'Boardroom' set-up, ideal for an efficient and concentrated meeting. But have no fear, other set-ups are also possible to meet your specific needs. Upon arrival, everything will be ready and a supervisor will help you with everything you need so you can fully focus on your meeting.
