In doubt about the right size conference room for your event? Then get in touch with us. Because how much space you need depends on how many people are coming and the set-up you want. Your programming is also influential. For example, do you need sub-rooms for other parts or are you just looking for a plenary room?
The right conference hall will boost your event. So it is important not to just haphazardly pick a hall you like. Among other things, it should fit the subject of the congress, how many participants you expect and the number of rooms you need. You also need to know what atmosphere you want to project.
