Utrecht, 5 July 2024 - This summer, the exhibition floor of Royal Jaarbeurs will transform into an indoor padel court. From 5 July to 1 September, the Utrecht event venue will open six double courts for everyone who loves padel. The temporary padel courts are a joint initiative of Jaarbeurs, Heineken and Rekré Sports and is made possible by Majesty Padel. Thanks to this cooperation, both recreational and competitive players in Utrecht can indulge themselves and the city gains another facility of this popular sport.
The grand opening will take place on 5 July at 4pm in Jaarbeurs hall 12 on the Fentener van Vlissingenkade. There are six double courts in the hall, providing plenty of space for both individual players and groups. A spacious bicycle shed is available in front of the door, making it easy for visitors to arrive by bike. There are also plenty of parking spaces available on P4 and P6 of Jaarbeurs for visitors coming by car. Besides the padel courts, catering facilities are also available.

Not only individual players are welcome; companies can also hire the padel courts for company outings or tournaments. This offers a unique opportunity to promote team building and bring colleagues together in a sporting way. The courts can easily be booked for corporate tournaments, giving companies the opportunity to compete among themselves and have a fun day.
