Jaarbeurs fulfils customers' wishes and launches 24/7 booking platform for meeting centre

Utrecht, 27 March 2023 - Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs is introducing a new online booking platform for its meeting centre Jaarbeurs MeetUp. The tool that allows bookers and organisers to instantly check availability and book online, wherever and whenever it is convenient. Book space where and when it suits you
Jaarbeurs MeetUp 's new booking platform can be used 24 hours a day. Through a user-friendly process, rooms for up to 80 people can be booked. Users can also immediately book the necessary audiovisual equipment, sustainable catering and other services. Niek Krebbers: "In addition to our traditional reservation options, this innovative solution allows our users to view and reserve meeting room availability within five minutes. Wherever and whenever they want. Our team of account managers then contacts the booker as soon as possible. This way, customers retain our personal touch and continue to benefit from our expertise."
