For our catering business, we are making conscious choices for more quality. Our top chefs have developed new menus together with our partner Greendish. Our company restaurant is now fully vegetarian and our other catering is 90% vegetarian. We cook to order so that we can use fresh produce as efficiently as possible to avoid waste. Food that does remain goes to the Food Bank or is distributed via the app Too Good To Go.

In the coming period, we will be adding more and more sustainable, preferably circular, products in our webshop that will enable us to reduce CO2 emissions. This will allow us to reinforce our promise to be CO2 neutral by 2030. You can think of:

a. Durable furniture

b. LED lighting

c. Circular carpet

d. Catering range (vegetarian choices)

We will also introduce sustainable participation packages. These include circular booth walls, LED lighting and circular carpet and furniture.
With these sustainable options, we want to inspire exhibitors to make sustainable choices. Only together can we make a difference.
