The Prins van Oranje hall (hall 1), located on the north side of the Jaarbeursboulevard, and the Jaarbeurs car park P1 will be closed on 1 July 2023. These locations will be transferred to the municipality of Utrecht. This will be done on the basis of agreements made with the municipality in 2016 in favour of the development of the new city district Beurskwartier.

Prince of Orange hall
The dismantling of the Prince of Orange Hall will start from 1 July 2023. This work will be carried out by the municipality of Utrecht.
Car park P1
Jaarbeurs will carry out work on P1 from 1 July to 30 September 2023, consisting of the removal of asphalt, pipes and sewers. From 1 October 2023, the work will be taken over by the municipality of Utrecht.
