Vakbeurs ICT & Logistiek will take place at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht on 10 and 11 November 2021. The other trade fair for logistics, Logistica, would also take place in November at the Jaarbeurs, but will return in a revamped edition in November 2022. The decision to not organise Logistica again for another year was taken in close consultation with the industry and the Logistica Foundation.
This year, ICT & Logistics is dedicated to Resilient Logistics: how do we create a resilient logistics sector that can quickly adapt to future developments? The corona pandemic has also posed considerable challenges to the logistics sector. Victor Ankerman of ICT & Logistiek: "Enough reason to meet again and discuss agility and adaptability. We hope to inspire the sector again with new developments, expert meetings and useful encounters."
Logistica has been the trade fair in the Netherlands in the field of material handling and internal transport for many decades. Jan Hommes, director of Stichting Logistica: "With both exhibitions scheduled to take place in November, we decided to concentrate on one. This gives us time to surprise our supporters with a new exhibition concept in 2022. We are going to ensure that Logistica becomes an even nicer networking event and can showcase even more innovations and trends."
