Utrecht, 5 November 2024 - Royal Jaarbeurs is proud to announce that Tom van Kuyk has started as head of innovation & experience. In this new role, he will make a crucial contribution to the company's strategic direction, with innovation and sustainability as key pillars.
In recent years, Tom van Kuyk gained valuable experience as head of brand strategy and visitor inflow at Holland Casino. Here he realised a complete repositioning of the brand, including a new corporate identity, revamped campaign strategy and innovative activation concepts. This led to a significant improvement of all brand-related KPIs. Before that, Van Kuyk worked at Rabobank, where he was responsible for partnerships and brand perception and initiatives such as Rabo Clubsupport and Brasserie2050, which highlighted and strengthened the bank's cooperative role in society.
At Jaarbeurs, Van Kuyk will focus on the development and implementation of innovative concepts on both a national and international level. He will also focus on innovation within Jaarbeurs's real estate. Van Kuyk: "I am very much looking forward to being part of the Jaarbeurs team and contributing to the strategy towards 2030 in which innovation is one of the driving forces."
Jeroen van Hoof, CEO Royal Jaarbeurs: "We are delighted to have Tom on board. His expertise in brand experience and innovation fits perfectly with our ambition to make Jaarbeurs future-proof with innovative concepts that meet the needs of our customers and visitors. As far as we are concerned, those innovations must be radical, with which we will shake up our sector."
