More focus and connection by not looking backwards
"Uhh, just checking where we left off ..." And again the speaker has to turn around. Of course, that doesn't come across as very professional. Fortunately, there is a simple trick.
The hack: use a look-off screen for the speaker during presentations
Put a viewing screen between the speaker and the audience so that the person there can operate and see the presentation. It ensures that the speaker does not have to keep looking backwards while keeping attention with the audience. This makes for better interaction and connection.
