The largest event for education professionals in the Netherlands, the Nationale Onderwijentoonstelling (NOT), can be visited both live and online this year. The biennial event for education professionals in primary education and childcare professionals will be held this year from 30 November to 4 December at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Registration starts today and admission is free.

'The key to innovative education and innovative care' is the objective of the NOT. Among other things, this edition pays a lot of attention to digitalisation within education, which has gained momentum due to the corona pandemic. For example, there are sessions on what the classroom of tomorrow will look like and what it will involve. There is also a focus on digital tools, from AI to VR, and from augmented reality to hybrid education. But other themes will also receive extensive attention, such as innovative teaching and care, and the learning and working environment of the future. The most up-to-date overview of the programme can be found on the NOT website, www.not-online.nl.

Audrey Wilschut of the NOT: "This year's NOT is more relevant than ever. Our programme is designed to inspire and help innovate education and childcare. In our seminar programme, we have an extensive list of inspiring speakers and interesting topics. The Covid-19 crisis has a big impact on education, but it also offers many opportunities for educational innovation and we will show that at NOT 2021."

This edition will also feature a wide range of exhibitors. They will present the very latest developments in the field of education. Together, they will respond to themes such as Childcare 2025, the Classroom of the Future, Hybrid Education and the future of digitalisation within VO.

Wilschut: "The need to meet in person again during events is great and the NOT trade fair team is therefore eagerly looking forward to the upcoming edition. The Jaarbeurs has pulled out all the stops to ensure that, in times of corona, live meetings can take place according to the highest safety standards. For all these preparations, the Jaarbeurs was the first in our country to receive the Kiwa seal of approval for its corona measures. You can find the most up-to-date information atjaarbeurs. This way, together we ensure that your visit is safe."
