Quick and easy atmosphere adjustment.

Fewer visitors than expected? Annoying for you as an organiser but also for your participants, because they don't want to feel like they are the only ones. Then opt for a quick change in your line-up.

The hack: change the setup of your venue

Creating atmosphere can be done in several ways. Of course by the content of the programme, the decoration or special entertainment. But also by the layout of your hall. A theatre set-up, for instance, generates more attention for the speaker. And a centre aisle between the angled chairs (herringbone arrangement) facilitates interaction. So each set-up brings a different atmosphere for participant and speaker. And the big advantage: the set-up can easily be adjusted at the last minute.
