Utrecht, 27 September 2024 - A festive moment was celebrated yesterday at the World of Industry, Technology & Science (WoTS) trade fair at Royal Jaarbeurs with the signing of a multi-year agreement between Jaarbeurs and FHI, Federation of Technology Industries (FHI). This establishes that the leading trade fairs WoTS and Electronics & Applications will be organised at Jaarbeurs for the next four years. WoTS 2024 runs until today.

Multi-year agreement for industry & tech fairs
WoTS, the largest industrial trade fair in the Benelux, has been organised since 1956. The next editions are scheduled for 2026 and 2028. Electronics & Applications, the fair for industrial electronics in the Benelux, will take place in 2027 and 2029. Both fairs are organised by FHI and play an important role in bringing together technology and industrial professionals.

Herman Mantel, CCO Royal Jaarbeurs, responds enthusiastically:
"Both exhibitions are very important for stimulating innovation, cooperation and knowledge exchange within their sectors. We are therefore proud that FHI has again chosen Jaarbeurs and that we can offer a platform to further strengthen technological and industrial developments in the Benelux in the coming years."

Petra Kortenoeven, FHI exhibitions manager:
"In the partnership with Jaarbeurs, unburdening exhibitors is key for FHI. This cooperation enables us to further strengthen the WoTS and Electronics & Applications concept. We are looking forward to the upcoming editions and the opportunities they offer for the market. The trade fairs remain an important driver of technological progress and innovation in the Benelux."
