To govern is to foresee

You know the drill. Lunch is over and all participants have to go to their breakout sessions. But no one knows which session again and where it is then. In many cases, the keycord offers a solution.

The hack: use different coloured keycords to keep the momentum going.

You often know in advance which people have signed up for certain sessions. Therefore, consider linking a the colour of keycord to a session. Or a nameplate. 'With a green keycord, make your way to room x for the next session'. No extra effort or costs, because you hand them out when you enter the congress anyway. And you keep speed in the programme.
