I am Kelly and live in Utrecht with my husband and son. This summer I will celebrate my nine-year anniversary at Jaarbeurs. My focus and expertise are mainly on large events in the Beatrix Theatre and the Expo Hall, as well as sessions in our meeting centre MeetUp.

Work gives me energy and I like to share that energy with my colleagues and clients. It is essential to find out the objectives and target audience of an event in order to create a successful meeting.

I'm Allegra and I live in bustling Utrecht, where I share a cosy flat with a friend. As account manager at MeetUp, Jaarbeurs's meeting centre, I can combine my passion for building relationships with organising various events that bring people together and inspire them.

My name is Fleur, I live with my boyfriend and 3-year-old son in Hoef en Haag. We are expecting our second son this summer.

For 5.5 years I have enjoyed working at Jaarbeurs, as account and event manager for our conference venues. With a background in sales and event management, this position offers the perfect combination of my skills. I enjoy guiding my clients from A to Z in organising beautiful congresses. As a congress coach, I enjoy giving advice on room layout, programme design and other aspects to create a unique and inspiring event.

In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, especially during spring and summer, and I love travelling, social engagements and sports.

My name is Lieke, 35 years old and proudly a mother of a son, soon to be two!

For four years now, I have been working as account and event manager at our MeetUp meeting centre. I love brainstorming with my clients on how to make their various training courses, meetings, kick-offs and conferences as successful as possible.

That is also why I am proud to call myself a conference coach. My passion is to understand my clients' wants and needs and then work together to achieve their goals for the meeting.

I like to help devise solutions to realise these goals. With my background in operational positions as Duty Manager and Supervisor at Jaarbeurs, I am well acquainted with what is and what is not possible. I know many clever tricks to make a difference.
