Diversity and inclusion
At Jaarbeurs, everyone is equal. That's why we organise various activities that reflect that. Diversity Week, for example. Or participating in the Utrecht Queer Culture Festival to celebrate inclusivity. You can also see diversity and inclusion reflected in our policies. We create equal opportunities for employees and make sure there is no gender pay gap. Every day, we work together to create a working environment where everyone feels at home.
Sustainable employability
Doing your job is fun. But doing it healthily and with pleasure is even more fun. That is why we do our best at Jaarbeurs to increase sustainable employability. With the Vitality Week for example. We also offer training courses and programmes that stimulate personal growth and well-being. Various fun and productive actions are organised regularly to help you feel strong and full of energy in life.
Talent & development
We focus on growth and development. At Jaarbeurs, you get the freedom to take initiative and continue to develop yourself. For example with online learning platforms and training courses. Impact teams
That sustainability is deeply rooted in our organisation can be seen in our impact teams. These are teams that devise various sustainable initiatives to enthuse other employees about sustainability and bring about change in the organisation. Four teams each focus on their own theme: diversity & inclusion, vitality, climate & circularity and social impact.
