The official Jaarbeurs App is the app to properly plan your visit to your favourite events. This innovative app bundles different functions, such as ticketing, parking, indoor navigation and crowd control.
Visitors can easily find their way around our halls and look for interesting exhibitors in a targeted way. It makes it easy to avoid crowds at different stands. And of course, the app provides lots of information on everything your event has to offer. If you create an account in the app as a visitor, you can also easily have your admission tickets scanned from the app.
For exhibitors, the app offers several interesting features such as:
The app works in the exhibition halls of the Jaarbeurs's Event & Exhibition Centre. Are you going to an event in one of our exhibition halls? Then download the app prior to your visit to get acquainted with how it works. You can download the Jaarbeurs app from the App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android).
There are hundreds of so-called 'beacons' in the exhibition halls. They do not know who you are, but they do know where you are in our house. The geomagnetic field uses the compass of smartphones in combination with bluetooth (you have to have that on). The app then makes a bluetooth connection with the beacons, making it easy to see where you are and how to find the route to your favourite exhibitor on the map in the app. The app also tells you if it is busy at a particular stand, so you won't be surprised.
Jaarbeurs is committed to sustainability. That includes getting rid of paper admission tickets. With the Jaarbeurs App you can easily load your purchased admission ticket and have it scanned upon entry. For this functionality you need to create an account in the app. Want to know what we do with your data? Check our Frequently Asked Questions at the bottom of this page.
Need a break from the great things you see at our exhibitions? The Jaarbeurs App gives you an overview of the various restaurants and catering establishments that can be found at Jaarbeurs. A quick bite or more elaborate dining? The possibilities are endless.
The Jaarbeurs application requests access to your phone's bluetooth and location data. The location data is only used with your permission to determine your indoor position and enable you to navigate from point to point within the Jaarbeurs building. If you choose to create an account, you share more personal information such as the e-mail address you use for the account. Of course, there is an option to remove all your personal data immediately, read more about this in Jaarbeurs's Privacy Statement.
The Jaarbeurs App provides an environment where visitors to our exhibitions can find relevant information about the exhibition to be visited. The app also features an extensive floor plan for easy navigation around the exhibition floor. The app also indicates how busy the various exhibitors are. Creating an account is also among the possibilities and is useful for creating a personal programme and adding entrance tickets in the app.
Downloading the Jaarbeurs App takes about 86.5MB for iOS and 53.6MB for Android for.
From the navigation at the bottom of the app, click on Tickets and you will be taken to a new page. If you are not already logged in, you can log in directly from here or register an account. After registering, you can click the Add button. A pop-in screen will appear asking you to enter the event you want to add a ticket for, the e-mail address you used to purchase the ticket and the ticket barcode. You will find the ticket barcode on the e-ticket you received in the mail. You can click on the camera icon to scan the barcode. After completing the details, click Next. Your ticket is now in the app.
The Jaarbeurs app is supported from version 8.1 or higher on Android and from version 14 or higher on iOS. If you use the app with a lower iOS or Android version than described above, the app may not function properly.
