Centrally located

Jaarbeurs is located at Utrecht Central Station and in the middle of the Netherlands. Moreover, we have more than 3,000 parking spaces, so you can also come by car.

In everything we do, we think about the impact it has. Think about preventing waste, serving vegetarian food as much as possible and combating energy waste through smart solutions.

An exhibition at Jaarbeurs's Polar Hall.

Conference venue

Both Supernova and Media Plaza are perfect for somewhat smaller-scale public events. With several rooms that lend themselves ideally as workshop spaces or exhibition halls, our congress centres are fine environments. Good to know: in 2022 and 2023, we even won the public award for 'Best congress location in the Netherlands'.

Beatrix Theatre

Completely in luxury! A public event is fantastic at the Beatrix Theatre - one of the largest theatres in the Netherlands. Great to combine with a show in the theatre hall or exhibition in the Expo Hall.

Named after members of the Royal House, our rooms in the Juliana area are perfect for a public event. With its own entrance for an exclusive feel and including 2 foyers, one with natural light. Suitable for 450 people.

Ideal for an online public event. Our studio is specially designed and built to put your brand in the spotlight. Good to know: our studio is plug & play. That means everything is already in place for your online public event, you can start recording right away.
