What could be better than having a real party in a real theatre? The theatre hall is perfect for a plenary session or an impressive performance. There are also several foyers, a bar, lounge, restaurant and our Expo Hall.

In our convention centre you will find Media Plaza, our modern area full of experience and perfect as an anniversary venue. The Polar Hall, for example, has eight surrounding session rooms and the Auditorium is nice for an inspiring key-note. There are also the Shuttle, a foyer and several break-out rooms.

An anniversary where you can also host several sessions in a modern setting? Then Supernova is a good choice. It is our futuristic showpiece with rooms where it feels like you are in a space capsule. And our TransitZone, with its eye-catching bar, is ideal for exhibitions or parties.

Do you need a large space that you can arrange flexibly yourself? For a festival, a trade fair or another exhibition, for example? Then our exhibition halls are perfect. Good to know: you can also combine them.

Our Juliana rooms are perfect for anniversaries in a traditional atmosphere. Our rooms, named after members of the Royal House, have their own entrance. So they are not shared with other areas of Jaarbeurs. There are also 2 foyers (one with daylight), which are perfect for receptions, catering or exhibitions.

4 tips for organising an anniversary

Hooray! You are going to organise an anniversary because you have something to celebrate. Does the company exist for quite a few years? Then it is reason enough to make something beautiful out of it. With these tips , you can organise an event full of experiences for your anniversary.

The type of anniversary and your wishes are closely linked to the venue. Therefore, ask yourself: what atmosphere do you want the venue to have? Should it be a modern setting (like our Media Plaza or Supernova) or do you like to go for luxury and allure (like the Beatrix Theatre)?

An anniversary is often accompanied by beautiful history. So go back in time. For instance, with a nice photo exhibition, an interactive game or stories from former employees. Or show what a normal working day used to look like. What did people wear at work and how were internal announcements made?

There is a lot of talent in your company. Not just on the job, because talents go beyond business qualities. Someone who plays in a band in their spare time, for example. Or takes photographs. Is a stand-up comedian. Or stage actor. And can you give these people a role during the anniversary? By actively involving them, you increase the personal feel of the event.

A party naturally includes tasty snacks. Dishes that fit the theme of the anniversary or are in keeping with the company. Our culinary advisers will be happy to help you with the catering. We can do anything and love a challenge. And the rule applies everywhere: fresh and as sustainable as possible.
