Beatrix Theatre

A reception combined with a beautiful performance in our theatre hall? Guaranteed that your guests will talk about it for a long time. The Beatrix Theatre also has other spaces you can use. Think of the Stage Entertainment Lounge, the Expo Hall, the Mies Bouwman Foyer, Royal Bar or Queens Club. Depending on the number of people, you can organise your reception here with allure!

Media Plaza

Innovative reception in a vibrant convention centre? Then Media Plaza is what you are looking for. Modern, sleek and inspiring! Here you will find warm reception rooms, the sleek plenary Polar congress hall or the colourful Auditiorium with Barzone foyer. You can do anything here.

Our most futuristic halls can be found in Supernova. In fact, in the Expedition and Quest rooms, it even seems as if you are in a space capsule. In this conference centre, you will find various rooms, including the modern Mission or the TransitZone, which are perfect for receptions, networking drinks or as a trade fair floor with stands.

4 tips for organising a reception

Your employees and partners have seen that office building often enough by now. So opt for an external event location. One that knows how to inspire. Or surprise. This will get your guests out of the daily grind. Now is the time for something different!

The cheese biscuit and a handful of peanuts are delicious, of course, but not innovative. So opt for something surprising. A creative amuse bouche, an exciting cocktail or maybe even a whole walking dinner. That is sure to put a smile on your guests' faces.

Want to get the conversation going? Then add interactive elements. For example, an activity with VR or AR glasses, a photobooth or simply an act such as live music or another performance. Too much of a good thing? Then hand out cards with questions for people to ask each other.
