6 tips for organising a customer event

What is your purpose of the customer event? Do you want to raise brand awareness? Interact with the target audience? Sell more? Ask yourself when the customer event is successful for you. And don't forget: formulate the goal in a clear way. That way, you can measure and evaluate later whether it was actually successful.

This is perhaps our best tip: no client event without a theme! After all, you can do so many great things with a theme. Extend it to the decoration and promotion, for example. Or the catering. The colours in the room and other decoration. Or even your speakers, sessions or workshops. Trust us, choose a theme first and then build experiences around it.

Amaze people. That's what they want. After all, they take the time to come to your event, so show them that it is worth it. Select special music, use scents, unique dishes or snacks and put on an impressive show.

No one is waiting for a programme where you just broadcast information. Therefore, make the programme interactive. Let customers attend workshops, test products and ask questions. Ask them for feedback. Engage with them.

People love to feel special. Invite visitors with a personalised card, for example. And welcome them with a unique welcome pack or their own batch.
