Beatrix Theatre

Networking meeting with allure and luxury? Then the Beatrix Theatre is perfect! The theatre is fantastic to combine with, for example, the Mies Bouwman Foyer, Royal Bar, Queens Club or the Stage Lounge. In short, plenty of possibilities!

Media Plaza

Our modern conference centre is perfect for networking meetings. Media Plaza has two areas with different rooms: Polar and Auditorium. The areas have their own foyers and halls. Like the Bar Zone, which, with its striking design and spacious layout, is ideal for a networking event, party or drinks reception. Or choose the Flame Foyer, whose round and warm appearance encourages interaction between participants.

Supernova is Jaarbeurss futuristic showpiece. It is an area in our convention centre with different spaces that can be arranged flexibly. For example, the TransitZone, our foyer with an eye-catching bar. Perfect for networking drinks, exhibitions or parties.

Juliana Halls

Our Juliana rooms, named after members of the Royal Family, provide a warm atmosphere. They have their own entrance and so are not shared with other rooms in Jaarbeurs. The Juliana area is perfect for exclusive networking meetings. There are several session rooms and all spaces are compactly located together. There are also 2 foyers: ideal for networking drinks, exhibitions and catering.

3 tips for organising a networking meeting

We could write books full of it: colour psychology at events. Use the colour green at your networking meeting. For example, in the decoration. With this, you can create a calm and inviting atmosphere. After all, green is known for its calming and reassuring effects. This makes people feel safe and relaxed. If you want to encourage interaction, it is smart to place high standing tables instead of traditional seating. After all, this promotes an informal and dynamic atmosphere. An atmosphere where people talk and network easily. It encourages spontaneous conversations and creates a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone at your networking meeting.

Are you going to organise an event with a dinner? Then choose a walking dinner rather than a traditional seated dinner. This is because it gives more freedom to your participants to walk around and therefore meet more people. It creates a good atmosphere that encourages interaction. Make sure there is a good balance between standing and sitting areas and set up enough tables. This way, people can take a seat from time to time and also put down their snack or drink.
