Organising an event quickly before the summer holidays or preparing for a meeting after the holidays? A conference, meeting or workshop is the ideal way to get everyone on the same page or to maximise your company branding. And you really don't need to book a location months in advance. You are always welcome in one of Koninklijke Jaarbeurs's four unique conference areas.
A presentation, customer event, press conference or symposium: it only gets really interesting in an inspiring space. An external space increases productivity and can even enhance your corporate image. In addition, a conference location is fully equipped to stimulate the senses and encourage interaction. Ideal for sharing knowledge, gaining new insights or expanding your network. Jaarbeurs has different conference areas, each with its own dimension. We list them.
Media Plaza (Auditorium)
Media Plaza's Auditorium is perfect for groups of up to 200 people. The space, with a striking stage and coloured chairs, lends itself well to plenary sessions where the speaker gets full attention. The Auditorium also has a foyer, specially designed for smooth registration. Do you also need break-out rooms for additional workshops, knowledge sessions or presentations? Surrounding the bar area are ten smaller session rooms. Here, you can choose, among others, an 8-person boardroom or rooms for parties of up to 55 guests.
Media Plaza (Polar)
Polar is characterised by sleek, white surroundings that you can decorate completely as you wish. It is suitable for groups of up to 650 people where you address people, organise a party or hold a networking event. Besides a large plenary room, you can use the Flame foyer, an orange-lit bar. Also at Polar, your event can consist of several sessions. The other eight rooms can accommodate groups of 40 to 110 people.
Supernova
If your event is all about creating connection and radiating the right energy, Supernova is the space. This venue can accommodate groups of up to 450 people and has a large central bar in the TransitZone. Supernova invites to meet and interact. There are four subspaces that can accommodate 100 to 195 people, which you can also switch to accommodate a group of 440. Nice to know: Supernova has a spatial design (literally and figuratively) that makes you feel like you're in another world.
Juliana Halls
That Jaarbeurs really does have a suitable venue for everyone is shown by the Juliana Halls. The Auditorium, Polar and Supernova are characterised by modern design and stimulation of the senses. The Juliana rooms are all about the subject of the event. A fine, classic look with plenty of daylight where you can hold a conference in a cosy setting. It also has an exclusive entrance and can accommodate 450 people. Here, too, it is possible to split the event and use four sub-rooms.
Good to know: included as standard
