The following locations are located in the event & exhibition centre:

- Restaurant Speys (ground floor)
The event & exhibition centre can be entered via entrance East and entrance West. Front desks can be found on the left from entrance East and directly right from entrance West. The front desks are open during major events. Our reception staff will gladly help you through the event & exhibition centre. Cloakrooms and lockers are available near both front desks.
Media Plaza and Supernova can be reached by escalator and lift.

Adapted parking spaces Jaarbeurs parking lot P4
There are adapted parking spaces for disabled parking card holders at Jaarbeurs P4. You can park here on presentation of a disabled parking card, provided the pass holder of the parking card is present. It is not possible to reserve adapted parking spaces in advance. We would like to stress that parking in adapted parking spaces is not free, but at the regular parking rate. Navigate to: Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht.
From P4 you can cross the bridge to the entrance West of the event & exhibition centre. This is about 350 metres away. We understand that accessibility is important for everyone. Therefore, we offer the possibility of using a lift to go over the bridge. There is a phone number on the lift that you can call to use the lift. Please note that there may be a short waiting time before the lift can be used.
If you need to be on time for an event or a film at the Kinepolis cinema, we recommend planning your visit well. Plan ample time to wait for the lift to get to the event in a relaxed manner.

Public transport
The event and exhibition centre is close to Utrecht Central Station. Train, tram and bus all stop here. Leave the station on the Jaarbeurs side (Jaarbeurszijde). The lower square can be reached by an escalator and lift provided by the Municipality of Utrecht. The distance from the station to entrance East is 450 metres. Cross Jaarbeursplein and follow the signs towards Jaarbeurs and 'beurs- en congresgebouw'.
Taxi
There is a kiss-and-ride zone and taxi rank on the Jaarbeursplein, which is 250 metres from entrance East. Navigate to Jaarbeursplein 24, Utrecht. There is also a kiss-and-ride zone 150 metres from entrance West. Navigate for this on Expoplein, Utrecht. Bear in mind that from this kiss-and-ride zone you have to cross a bridge to entrance West and that, as described above, there may be a short waiting time for the lift.

A wheelchair accessible toilet is available near entrance East. There are several toilets in each hall including wheelchair accessible toilets. Wheelchair accessible toilets are also available in Media Plaza, Supernova and restaurant Speys. The toilets can be found by the indicated icons. Our staff will be happy to help you on your way.
Assistance dogs are welcome in the Event & exhibition centre. They should be kept on short leash.
Some disabilities, conditions or chronic diseases are not always immediately visible to others. Visiting a major event can then be quite challenging. We want everyone to feel at ease at Jaarbeurs, which is why we partner with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower provides keycords and badges that visitors can wear indicating that they need just a little more help or time.
