Our meeting center is located right next to Utrecht Central Station, on the first to fourth floors of the Beatrix building. There are six types of meeting rooms with various sizes, suitable for 2 to 240 people. Each floor also has a central space, suitable for catering and networking moments.
The rooms and facilities such as cloakroom and toilets are accessible by lift or escalator and are all wheelchair accessible. There are separate toilet facilities for disabled visitors.

To make your meeting successful, it is important to stimulate the right senses. Seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling something can contribute to achieving your goals. To stimulate the right atmosphere, each of our meeting rooms offer the option to easily adjust the color of the light to the most suitable color to contribute to your objective.
Tell us your goals and wishes and we will arrange it for you. Upon arrival, everything is ready for you in the correct configuration and with the desired decoration. A supervisor will be present during your meeting to answer all your questions.

Meeting centerJaarbeurs MeetUp is the go-to meeting point for all types of meetings, trainings, workshops and more. We offer new energy through food, drinks and room for networking. Unlimited coffee, tea, juices and water are available in the central hall. We provide a responsible snack during breaks. All meeting rooms are also equipped with their own cold water tap.
We understand the need to combine your meeting with dining, lunch, drinks or other snacks. Food and meetings are inextricably linked at Jaarbeurs. Our chefs offer great, sustainable food service during your meeting.
