We are open! On 15 March the Dutch Government decided to further ease the corona measures. As from 23 March most of the corona measures no longer apply. A coronavirus entry pass and testing for large events is no longer necessary.

This means we can organise our events and meetings in the same way as we did before the pandemic. However, it is still advisable for everyone to keep following the recommendations: washing your hands regularly, coughing and sneezing into your elbow and stay at home when you have symptoms. Together we can ensure a safe environment.

Together we can ensure a safe environment

The Jaarbeurs follows the guidelines and measures stated by the RIVM to fight the coronavirus. Please find below an overview of the current measures. We ask all our visitors, organizers and customers to follow these measures. Only by working together can we keep the coronavirus under control.

  • Disinfect your hands regularly.
  • Stay at home if you have symptoms.

Which measures did we take?

We took several measures to make sure we can organise and facilitate events in a safe way. 

  • We make additional hygiene products available and frequently clean contact surfaces.
  • By clear communication in our building, we will make sure everyone is informed about the current rules and guidelines.  
  • Our venue applies with the current rules for ventilation.

Kiwa COVID-19 certification

Jaarbeurs is the first event venue in the Netherlands to receive the “preventative measures against COVID-19” certification from certification institute Kiwa. Recently, Kiwa has evaluated the measures that Jaarbeurs has taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. With this certification, Jaarbeurs can demonstrate that it orgsanises trade shows, conventions and other events in accordance with the strictest possible safety standards.
