Closure Prins van Oranje hall and parking lot P1

The Prins van Oranje hall (hall 1), located on the north side of the Jaarbeurs boulevard, and Jaarbeurs parking lot P1 will be closed on 1 July, 2023. These locations will be handed over to the municipality of Utrecht. This will take place on the basis of agreements made with the municipality in 2016 in favor of the development of the new city district Beurskwartier.

Construction work

Prins van Oranje hall  
From 1 July, 2023 the dismantling of the Prins van Oranje hall will start. This work will be carried out by the municipality of Utrecht.

Parking lot P1 
From 1 July through 30 September 2023, Jaarbeurs will carry out work on P1 that consists of removing asphalt, pipes and sewers. From October 1, 2023 the work will be taken over by the municipality of Utrecht.
