Travel the world in one day at Vakantiebeurs 2023

Stop daydreaming and start experiencing what your next trip will look like. It is finally possible again at Vakantiebeurs (holiday travel fair) 2023, after an absence of two years. From Thursday 12 January until Sunday 15 January, visitors can get plenty of holiday inspiration, gather travel information and book their next trip. Jeroen van Hooff, CEO of Royal Jaarbeurs: “We look forward to kicking off the 2023 trade show season in style, with the Vakantiebeurs. A wide range of organisations, hotels and holiday destinations are eager to provide our visitors with lots of inspiration. We have five exhibition halls, all packed with adventurous travel inspiration. It promises to be an inspiring and innovative edition.”

New at the Vakantiebeurs: personal travel advice plaza 
The trade show features hundreds of exhibitors, highlighting unique undiscovered destinations, leisure holidays and family holidays. Jeroen van Hooff: “There is a lot to see, taste and experience for visitors. The travel event offers something for everyone. In addition to the familiar and varied program, we are also adding something new this year: the so-called personal travel advice plaza. We found that visitors sometimes find it difficult to book the perfect or unique holiday. That’s why, for the first time, we have personal travel consultants on hand, to give visitors personal advice at the Vakantiebeurs.”

And we have another novelty too. For the first time, the organisers of Vakantiebeurs will be using the so-called Jaarbeurs Live app. With this app, visitors can already prepare their visit to the Vakantiebeurs at home and put together their personal program. The app also provides information on ticketing and parking and allows visitors to see where the busy and quiet areas of the trade show floor are. In addition, this app offers an interactive floor plan that eliminates the need for paper plans. Jeroen van Hooff: “The Vakantiebeurs is a huge event, with more than four hundred exhibitors. We have found at previous trade shows and events that the Jaarbeurs Live app is the perfect tool for visitors to get the most out of their visit. Searching for the right exhibition hall, and then still having to decide on a route past all the exhibitors, is a thing of the past.”
