We communicate important messages to visitors to our venue through our own digital advertising (or Digital Out Of Home) LED screens within our Exhibition Centre and Beatrix Building. Through these screens we promote upcoming events and create other advertising opportunities for both event organizers and other brands. Due to the location and route, they can reach a large group of their perfect audience. Because the screens are located about high traffic areas within our venue, they are clearly visible to a large number of people. This allows you to show multiple advertisements in slots, but also play videos, for example.
Jaarbeurs Live is the official mobile app of Jaarbeurs, developed to properly plan your visit to your favourite events. This innovative app bundles several functions such as ticketing, parking, indoor navigation and crowd control.
Visitors can easily find their way in our halls and look for interesting exhibitors. You can easily avoid crowds at different stands. And of course there is a lot of information in the app about everything your event has to offer. If you create an account in the app as a visitor, you can also easily have your access cards scanned from the app.
The app offers exhibitors various interesting options, such as:
- Advertising: You can place your ads in various prominent positions in the app.
- Onsite navigation: Visitors can easily find your stand with the map.
- Proximity marketing: With the app you can send targeted messages to the relevant visitors
For the development of the Jaarbeurs Live app, we recently won the UFI Digital Innovation Award 2022, awarded by the worldwide association of event venues and organizers, UFI.
We combined our knowledge about online events with the excitement of a physical fair.
In order to stay in touch with the target group after the live event, we launched 'KreaDoe On Demand' for the live KreaDoe fair. Here, exhibitors share videos all year round, so that they can stay in touch and their audience can find inspiration about their favourite hobbies.
